BERNARD OSEI-DUAH

Bernie works as a Learning Development, Training Consultant and Performance Specialist for some of the renowned companies and organizations across Africa and the United States. Currently operating as a Business Development Consultant for Perfect Help Consultancy and Training Academy. He on-site projects managed the Customer Care Induction Training Program at the introduction of Airtel in Ghana in 2008 (then called; Zain). Bernie was a top class Training Consultant with MTN-SA, and Merchants; A Dimensions Data Company.

Bernie just ended projects with WhizAnts Consulting & Training Academy; as a Learning Development Specialist, Managing the Academy and training Project Managers, Change Managers, Professional Consultants, etc. He is also running calibrations for the Largest Cable Network Company across nine African Countries including Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia, Kenya, South Africa, etc. through the Contact Centre Coach, in South Africa. He also just completed projects with Carter Global Ghana with Affiliations with Carter Global USA, UK, and RSA. With the mandate from God to restore destinies to their divine placements through the knowledge of God, Pastor Ben leads a team of young and dynamic believers who shares in the visions of raising a generation of Moguls that understands their callings and walk in them. The Moguls Summit offers the platform for young people to be developed through in the Word of God and Divine principles that maximizes human living through Conferences, Workshops and Seminars, which currently holds annually at KNUST, Ghana and in South Africa.

He is also the Africa Rep for Jesus is Lord Crusades; A Not For Profit Organisation based in the United States of America. He is also a Licenced Resellers of High Power Resources, an organisation with products aimed at developing churches through the provision of Church Management and Development Softwares, Training Programs and Conferences for Church Leaders and Pastors.

RICHARD TETTEH AMUZU

Richard currently the Regional Coordinator (Ashanti & Brong Ahafo Regions) Ghana Microfinance Institutions Network (GHAMFIN). Richard is a Skilled Facilitator & Trainer with Proven Trusted Solutions with over 10 years experience in Banking (microfinance) and marketing.

Richard also worked as a Researcher for World Vision Ghana Ltd and a Sales Executive with Enterprise life Assurance Company (ELAC). At the Nkawkaw Branch Opportunity International Savings and Loans Limited (OISL), Richard worked as a Credit Officer and a Relationship Officer for Multi-Credit savings and loans Ltd, Kumasi branch.

Richard also worked as a Credit Supervisor with ADRA GHANA (Microfinance foundation), Kumasi and a Credit Manager Divine Fortunes Microfinance Ltd. With such a background in Marketing, Microfinance as well as Training and Facilitation, Richard joins the team as a well round associate.

Richard is also a consultant with BOD Mogul Consult and the Ghana Rep for Mogul Summits; An NGO focused on developing young leaders and entrepreneurs through organized seminars and workshop.

Sarah has over nine years working experience in Human Resource Management and Training in the Banking, Aviation, Commercial FMCG markets, and Hospitality and Telecommunication industries. She is a Certified Competent Communicator from Toastmasters International.

Sarah has passionate and committed to excellent customer service and Human Resource Management specialising in HR Strategic planning, Performance Management Process design and Implementation, HR Analytics and Reports, Designing and implementing of Talent Management Program, Succession Planning, HR Compliance and Best Practice, Job Profiling, Personal profiling, Benefits and Reward Reviews, Pay Structure Design and Implementation.

FELIX AMPOSAH

Felix currently works as the Production Manager at OLAM Ghana Limited; renowned for their high quality standards. Felix brings to BOD Mogul years of knowledge, skills and experience in implemeting high production, quality and safety standards. With over ten years experience in production engineering and maintenance, Felix has developed into a top notch quality and safely implementor to the highest standards.

Felix worked as a Production Shift Supervisor at Cargill Ghana Limited. He also worked as a Production Engineer at Crown Cans Ghana Limited. Felix also worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at Cadbury Ghana Limited. He has conducted many workshops and seminars in Food Safety, Root Cause Analysis, Fire Fighting, Environmental Sustainablility, First Aid and other Safey Trainings. A resilient person able to adapt to challenging environment and keen to accept fresh challenges. Hardworking, self motivated and ability to motivate subordinates towards peak performance.
