Overall Responsibilities

Assists the business to create, implement and monitor the its sales strategy.  Assists in developing products and services to help maximize profits and market share, while ensuring that the Company’s customers are satisfied. Assists in creating a recognizable brand.

Main Tasks

  1. Assists in implementing sales activities.
  2. Assists in monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing activities and results.
  3. Assists in identifying potential markets.
  4. Assists in monitoring trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
  5. Assists in product development.
  6. Assists in sales promotion activities for the Company’s products.
  7. Assists in analysing customer research, current market conditions and competitor information with the aim of filling a niche in the capital market.
  8. Develops an ongoing relationship with customers and encourages loyalty.
  9. Keeps abreast of new regulations or policies that may affect the industry, as well as monitors the economy to determine its effect on earnings.

Overall Responsibilities

Helps to devise, to develop and to deliver a comprehensive strategic and tactical plan for business development at the branch level.  Helps to grow sales and to develop new business sales opportunities for the full range of the Company’s products

Main Tasks

  1. Helps to develop new and innovative strategies for communicating the company’s ethos.
  2. Helps to communicate these strategies to both internal and external customers.
  3. Helps to align the business development strategy with other strategies and programmes, and seeks to maximise effectiveness through collaboration.
  4. Helps to provide strategic leadership and management, ensuring that the vision is not lost in its daily operations.
  5. Pro-actively identifies new and different business opportunities to provide increased sales.
  6. Helps to identify and to develop new products and business opportunities with identified key target clients.
  7. Assists in reviewing and developing all advertising-related opportunities for the company and works with Management to include these into the fund mobilisation plans.
  8. Innovates, offers new ideas, and approaches for developing the organisation, building relationships with other prospective business partners and with other networks where appropriate.
  9. Helps to develop high-quality written content for different communication channels including emails, adverts, presentations, etc.

    1. Devices, develops and delivers a comprehensive strategic and tactical plan for sales activities and all related issues.
    2. Assists in analysing customer research, current market conditions and competitor information with the aim of filling a niche in the capital market.
    3. Keeps abreast of new regulations or policies that may affect the industry, as well as monitors the economy to determine its effect on earnings.
  • Sales
    1. Leads the growth of sales and develops new business sales opportunities for the full range of the firm's products.
    2. Manages and coordinates sales activities through specified branch managers.
    3. Leads and supports sales personnel in performing daily sales activities.
    4. Monitors, reviews and reports on sales activities and related results.
    5. Identifies potential markets for sales execution
    6. Monitors trends that indicate the need for new products and services for proper recommendations
    7. Assists in territorial product development.
Qualification: 
Minimum of first degree. Must be SEC licensed
Experience : 
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the Banking and Finance industry or related field with relevant proven records.
